Attachment must be for the field workforce while using the collector app for the asset photo capturing.
Can some one suggest how to mandate this option? If option is not available, request you to take this as a suggestion in next development phase.
have them do the data collection with Survey123, In S123 you can make select questions or photos mandatory.
Otherwise it is a training issue.
