Hello,
All the observations have been uploaded on ArcGIS Online but one type of observation is missing attachments (.jpg). All the other types of observation successfully uploaded their attachments. Attachments is the only missing attribute of this type of observation.
Please advise.

Can you confirm that the type of observation missing attachments has photos enabled for the button in the designer? It should look like this:
The other thing to do is make sure that photos are required. To do this, make sure the minimum number of photos is set to 1:
Finally, can you confirm whether the issue is reproducible - i.e. each time you press the project button and take a photo, no attachment is added? If this is the case, we can help troubleshoot the issue further if you send an email to quickcapture@esri.com.
