Support for Layer Effects in a Map widget/component

Question

Hi,

Adding a map with layer effects (authored in a new Map Viewer) into a page, layer effects are not honored by the Hub's Map component.

As the Hub is using the 4.18 version of JS API, are there any plans to upgrade to the newer version to use all that great features?

@MatejVrtich we regularly update the version of the JSAPI used in ArcGIS Hub, but understand we are slightly behind the current version of 4.21. I'll raise this with the team, thanks for bringing it up!
