Survey123 Webhooks not Triggering when Surveys are update from the Inbox

Question

I have a MS Power Automate flow connected to a Survey123 form. New survey/record that are added via the mobile app or browser trigger the flow. When a survey/record is edited on the ArcGIS Survey123 portal it triggers the flow however when a survey/record is edited via the Inbox on the mobile app, the updates are reflected on the ArcGIS Survey123 portal but does not trigger the flow. Is this a bug or do I need to enable an additional setting for the trigger to work?

Hi Zach,

That box is ticked. If I edited a record within the Survey123 portal, the webhook trigger the flow and behave as expected. However if I edit a record from the inbox within the mobile app, the record gets updated but does not trigger a flow

Hello @MartinLy,

Under the settings for your survey in the Survey123 website there is a webhooks section, if you select the edit button for the webhook is Existing record edited selected as a trigger event?
