Export attribute table from ArcGIS Pro to Excel

Some help please, I have wasted 2 hrs trying to figure out.

How can I export data in attribute table in Pro to Excel?

A really slick part is you can also export the table using the Alias as the column header and you can populate subtypes and domained values with the Description rather than the code.

This is easily done with the tool: Table To Excel (Conversion)—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation

Note that it only export the current selection if you drag it from an active map.

Also as a side note, you could ofc. use arcpy with pandas if you would like to make your own tool with specified output.
