Shared Theme Logo disappears when viewing Minimalist App when not signed in

I've noticed that our Shared Theme logo disappears in the Minimalist App when viewing the app from a browser that I am not signed in to AGOL. The map and app are shared publicly. I see the logo when I'm configuring the app. Does anyone know why the logo disappears when viewed an not logged in? Any workarounds?
