Sidebar Widget breaking Selectors and Filters (Dashboards)

Having an issue when adding any text, images or links to the "Title" or "Description" portion of the Sidebar Widget. It breaks all selectors and filters throughout the dashboard. Anyone experience something like this? (See Video)
