Font size in ArcGIS Pro when exporting to pdf

Hi

In ArcGIS Pro 2.8.2 i export a pdf (150km wide area) and need to use a small font so it will be readable and not cluttering other text. 1pt is too large, but 0.1pt is not accepted (it defaults back to 1pt). I can do this in ArcMap 10.7.

Can one set a font to 0.1pt  when exporting to PDF in ArcGIS Pro?

You also don't need to convert labels to annotation to benefit from the reference scale. You can just set one in the map itself.

Could you convert the labels to annotations at a desired reference scale, as a workaround?
