The 3D Viewer instant app is launching with a daylight time set to 7:45 am EST no matter what changes I make. I've made changes in the source scene and application with no success. The only way to get a later time of day seems to be turning off the daylight animation capability entirely. Has anyone else found this to be an issue? Everything else seems to be working great and the new tools are very useful.
