Looking for guides to create a time-lapse video

Question

Hello,

I am looking to create a 12 hour time-lapse of flight tracking to be presented on a 2D map of LAX and exported in a video format. I am looking at presenting tracks only and not altitude/speed data. Flight tracking data can be in CSV or JSON files. I have ArcGIS Pro and ArcMap so whatever works best.

Any guides available or tips from people who have done this would be great.
