Why does it appear as shown in the picture when I extract the river catchment area when I use arcgis pro.
What tool have you used? What are the tool (and environments) parameters?

I ran this exact process yesterday in Pro 2.8.1 and the current ArcHydro build. You may have missed a step. Stream Definition, Stream Segmentation, Catchment Grid Delineation is the process I used. Based on FAC and FDR rasters.
