Converting Attachments to Hyperlinks and files

Is it possible to convert attachments (photos) taken with Collector into hyperlinks in an attribute table and files? I have converted a Feature Layer into an FGDB through AGOL. Part of the deliverable is the photos taken from the field. So I need to have a separate folder containing the photos and would like to have them hyperlinked to their feature.
