Zoning Plan Floor Plate Limit

I would like to see an option to add a max floor plate option in the zoning plans section. In my municipality we have a limit of 750sqm tower floor plate if a building is over a certain amount of floors. This would greatly help out how we are visualizing the buildout of our downtown.
