Worker is not showing up in Collector

Hello,

I took over a position and everything has been configured and Workforce and Collector are working. I am trying to add a new worker to a project. I added him in Workforce but when I collect work/point the workers name is not showing up under "workerID". Any advice on how to correct this? Thanks.
