Shortlist can't be saved after changing title

I changed the title of my StoryMap Shortlist and now I cannot save changes (Save button is grayed out). Also the Web Mapping Application and underlying Web Map under My Content have different names. Should the these be these named the same as the title? Is this associated with the My Stories page not being accessible due to system updates?
