unable to visualize timeslider and timestamps for multidimensional raster layer from netcdf file in arcgis pro 2.6

i have two multidimensional netcdf files where one stores the time series in daily format and the other stores the time series in weekly format (7 days=1 week). the rest of the variables and dimensions are same in both files. i am able to visualize the daily netcdf file in arcgis pro 2.6 by adding it through ADD Data and adding it as a multidimensional raster and choosing the output configuration as multidimensional raster. everything works fine but when i do the same approach for weekly file i cannot visualize the correct time stamps and the time slider for that file. How can i fix it to work?
