I am on Pro 2.6.2 and have been running into an issue where the dateExported dynamic text does not update the text until after the layout has been exported. This results in the previous exported date/time showing up on the exported document which defeats the purpose of the dynamic text. Is this already being addressed? I attempted to find it on the bug list and could not locate it. Thanks all!
This is BUG-000134271 - Dynamic Tag <dyn type="layout" name="Layout" property="dateExported" format="short|short"/> shows incorrect information when exported. It was fixed in ArcGIS Pro. 2.7. I'd recommend upgrading your ArcGIS Pro to the latest version to fix this issue.
