Hello, I am very new to ArcGIS so this may be silly question, but I have this feature layer here: https://hub.arcgis.com/datasets/nycgov::nyc-neighborhood-tabulation-areas/data?geometry=-75.020%2C40.524%2C-72.934%2C40.888. It contains the areas that I want, but now I want to add information to those areas. Specifically, the percent of people in those areas who are in poverty. How would I go about doing this? I tried figuring it out myself but there's a lot of information out there, and I got overwhelmed.
