Speed Bumps warning

Greetings All,

I've been comparing Google navigation and open street Map with Arcgis Navigator. I realized one of the only features that is missing in ArcGIS navigator is the "speed bump ahead warning". How do I add this to my network dataset to voice a warning when speed bumps are ahead? Ive created a custom network dataset of which I utilize in arcgis Navigator. Grateful for any help on this. Thanks in advance.
