ArcGIS Online updating coordinates

Question

Hi,

after creating a survey and publishing it. I added the survey to the web map but some of the locations are incorrect. therefore, I performed join table analysis and related the village name in the survey with a layer of villages I have. now the survey table has updated XY data from the village table.

how can I display the surveys on ArcGIS online from the new XY data and not from the location collected.

The fields you use for X,Y change them to Text Fields around 30 characters and  geometry calculate.  That will create a more accurate X,Y location that is generated on the fly.
