Auto Upload Data

I'm using a Survey123 form that I created. Surveyers are using this form and forgetting to save or upload the data. Is there any way to do this automatically?

Training training training. Not trying to be insensitive but that is the fact. Doing something like that automatically I would expect it to cause more issues.
