Rotate Valves with Water Distribution Data Management for ArcGIS Online

Hello,

I am a long time user of the water utilities model with the attribute assistant in ArcMap.  I am trying out the new version called Water Distribution Data Management for ArcGIS Online with the ArcGIS Pro download to edit.

My question specifically is will the ArcGIS Online version  of this solution using ArcGIS Pro (standard), will some of the old attribute assistant features like Rotate Valves be available?  If so, how do you use it?

So I was able to use the Attribute Rule Rotate Feature by Intersected Line found here: https://github.com/Esri/arcade-expressions/blob/master/attribute_rule_calculation/RotateFeatureByIntersectedLine.md 

I was able to get it to work, but only after downloading a copy of the Water Distribution Data Management for ArcGIS Online to a file geodatabase on my desktop.  Is there a way to get this feature to work with a hosted feature layer as part of the Solution template?
