Hi,
since many days I am struggling with the following error while using ArcGIS Enterprose Builder for AWS (10.8):
Message :Failed to create stack 'WWFDEPortal-BaseEnterpriseStack' because of following errors.
Logical ID : WWFDEPortal-BaseEnterpriseStack, Status Reason : The following resource(s) failed to create: [WaitCondition].
Logical ID : WaitCondition, Status Reason : WaitCondition timed out. Received 0 conditions when expecting 1
What is wrong there? I have SSL cert, the validation done by the Builder is ok and after almost 5 hours of creating the deployment I get the error. I also see in WAS console that it creates EC2 instance with a "BaseEnterpriseStack" suffix. Is this the final EC2 instance with the Portal running? It has not got allocated the EIP which was chosen in the Builder.
Does anyone know what is going on there? I tried to use the Builer on different desktops, different Amazon account. All these deployment fail.
