ArcGIS Mission Responder 25.2 users can't open/view reports via the mission map. They can see the icon but can't get the pop-up to open. Can responders have the ability to open reports from the map and not just the report list?
Can you add the ability to title chats manually? This would help to keep events and chats coordinated during long standing Mission events. See attached snapshot.
