I have a hosted feature that is often updated. All possible values do not exist at the time of creation. How can I symbolize for values that do not exist from the attribute table? Are there plans to allow users to add values to the list of values?
Did an easier way get found? How do you add a new coded value to a feature service that will appear as a drop down option?
I solved my own problem by changing attribute values so that they would appear as I build the legend. I changed them back after creating the legend I needed. There has to be a better way.
