Just a tip: I had this issue with ArcGIS Online, where don't have the ability to change folder and database permissions, etc. I wasn't able to find the underlying cause, but in the end I managed to publish my service by running my map document through MXD Doctor beforehand. This might even help with ArcGIS Server if the other suggestions aren't working for you.
Jamal,What I mean is can your server see the 😧 of the machine your data is on. If you have the server on the same machine as your arcgis desktop this should not be a problem. If the data is on another machine to your server then use a UNC pathRegardsAnthony
Jamal,Is your 😧 Drive accessible by your server? When I add data into an mxd I always add in through a UNC path, I.e. //servername/data/.... This ensures that the server can access the data, have a look at this page:http://webhelp.esri.com/arcgisserver/9.2/dotnet/manager/publishing/preparing_resources.htmRegardsAnthony
