How do you create 3D extruded Arcs in a scene based on XY to Line tool connecting origins to destinations?

Question

I am trying to create a 3D flow map from origin to destination.  I already have all of my origins created.  I have my destination and I have the XY to Lines created.  I am now trying to figure out how you can extrude them so they appear as arc's in the sky as I fly around in animation?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

HI Michael-

I'm trying to do the same now.  We have editing tools to create tangent arcs, but I don't find a GP tool that can accomplish this yet.  Create tangent circular arcs—ArcGIS Pro | ArcGIS Desktop
