its a story map.App showing crowdsourced information.Now it says, am not authorised to view few layers in my web map.
Hi, this could be caused by a few things. For example the layer(s) in the map may have been unshared for some reason. Or the permission/role on your account may have been changed. We recommend checking your story map in: My Stories | Story Maps
It may be best to check with Esri Tech Support who can help walk you through what may be causing this.
