I am would like to know if ESRI has a standardized list of scale/zoom levels? My organization is trying to zoom from Country (US), State, County, Street, Building, and we would like an established list of scale levels that have worked in the past.
In web maps you can see the full list of scale ranges when you are setting visibility ranges for layers. Is this what you're looking for?
