displaying labels on ArcGIS online

uploaded some shapefiles to an arcgis online map. I made it public so I can see it in the iphone app. My labels are showing up on the computer, but not on the iphone. Any idea how i can get those to show up on the phone? Thanks

As far as I can tell, this issue is still unresolved... ArcGIS apps for IOS will not display simple labels which is laughable. it's 2017 and this can't be figured out? What is a map without labels?

yes I can see the labels online, but want to be able to see it in the app on the phone, so we can see them while working in the field.

Hi Mike,

Are you viewing the map in an App or in a mobile browser? Labels should be visible when viewing a web map on a mobile browser. Can you share your web map?
