Trying to publish SOE to the ArcGIS server 10.2.2 The deployment fails with no useful messages.
We followed the below steps and resolved this issue using IE(11).
Have you same problem if you deploy from admin ? http://localhost:6080/arcgis/admin http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/arcgis-rest-api/#/Uploads/02r3000001qr000000/
I used IE (version 11) and it worked.
I have this same issue and have tried IE, Firefox and Chrome. They all produce the same result. I have successfully deployed this SOE on other ArcGIS Server 10.2.2 instances, but have had this issue with two out of three instances. I don't get it.
this is a browser issue, try firefox or IE
