How to show Label ID of polygons (shp.) in ArcGIS Explorer Desktop

Hi Guys,

I need a help.
Anyone know how to to show Label ID of polygons in ArcGIS Explorer Desktop?

I have suburban polygons (shapefile). All I want to do is just showing the suburban area within Suburban points and label name 
on ArcGIS Explorer Desktop. In ArcGIS 10.1, I can do it easily, just properties> Labels (arrange the name of label 
that we want to show up) and click Label Features. But, I can not do the same way on ArcGIS Explorer.

Anyone have an idea about this?
