I want to add manual direction arrows to street network. Is it possible without network analyst extention?

Just FYI, you can add arrows to lines using ArcMap symbology if you dig deep enough into the properties (use a marker line symbol on top of a simple line symbol).

Last week it is working fine. Today all icons are disable except Draw vertices. I want to use Draw arrows...... . Please help me.

neither mine! I think it is a license issue!

use the tool "copy parallel" to display permanently the direction!

ArcGIS should have this command as built in!!!!! we all need it

Hi uchit,

to change the direction:
sure:
- show the arrows using the command (Draw arrows...)
- start editing
- double click the feature that you need change its direction
- right click
- choose Flip
- save the edits, this will reverse the direction.

Hi uchit,

You can show the arrows temporary! use the command "copy parallel" (see the attached images). Unfortunately, the command provided by ET geoTools sounds not to do this without Network Analyst.
