Is anyone having issues with the geocode service?

Example request:

http://geocode.arcgis.com/arcgis/rest/services/World/GeocodeServer/suggest?text=morr&countryCode=USA&maxSuggestions=15&category=Primary+Postal%2CCity&f=pjson

If I take out the Primary Postal category, the request works.
