Header not shown when looking at published view

I am building a site on Hub (basic) and having an issue with the header. When I am editing the site the header appears as normal, but when I switch to 'View published' the header completely disappears. I tested this in a blank site with just a header and the issue still occurred (screenshots attached). Apologies if I am missing something obvious but I have tried everything I can think of.

I ended up contacting technical support and it looks like it's bug. I'd try contacting them as well if I were you.
