Can't load map on phone

I changed my password, now I can't load my maps on my phone. Any ideas?

what password? the phone's? the app's? what software? no 'I forgot my password' link?

My ArcGis online login password.

How are you trying to load them? Through ArcGIS Online on your phone? Are you logged in after you changed your password?

Before, I would go to Explorer on my phone and it would load my maps. After

I changed my password for ArcGis Online I started Explorer and it asked for

my password for which I enter the new password. and if says "Failed to load

map. You will be signed out."

Maybe try clearing the cache or saved passwords on your phone. It sounds like it's trying to use your old password to login if it was saved.

I'm logging in through Explorer for ArcGIS on a Samsung smart phone. It all

worked just fine until I changed my ArcGIS Online password from my computer.

I cleared the cache on my phone, but it didn't help.
