How can I change the name of the fields?

Hi,

I'm sphanis, so apologize in advange for my bad inglish.

I've several tables and I would like to change the name of the file by other name. I would like to do it on model builder. I try it with import squeme table, but I can't.

A possibility - If you have ArcGIS 10.2 (or later), there is a handy new tool that allows one to change field names of an existing feature class.

Alter Field (Data Management)

As always when working with field names, be careful that you adhere to naming conventions and consider what effects the naming will have on downstream uses.

Finely I used the append tool but on model buider the field map parameter doesn't work in list value way.

You cannot rename the fields. You can however use the Feature Class to Feature Class tool and specify the new names in the Field Map section of the tool.
