Add the Decimal Separator of User Profile in ArcGIS Online

Add a parameter in the User Profile to setup the Decimal Separator: point or comma.
It is very useful when you import CSV or text files.

Currently the decimal separator seems to be set up with Language: comma for French or point for English.

Yes when you add a csv, you can ask the user what are the separator for the columns and the decimal separator "." or "," . And preview the data before adding on the map

My comment is just a proposition. Currently, the dialog box doesn't exist

Would be really helpful, especially when working with csv-files from different locales. For instance, it is not possible for a user with language set to Swedish to add USGS earth quake data without first changing language to English.
