Arcgis runtime NET 100.8: PictureFillSymbol has no option "stretch"！do i has other way to resovle? thanks!!!
PictureFillSymbol has ScaleX and ScaleY property that scales the picture in the symbol. It works in dynamic mode.

If `Scale X/Scale Y` does not work/fit your needs, could you please elaborate on your use case on using stretch property?
Note, ScaleX/Scale Y may not work as expected in Static Mode. We have an issue to fix it in our backlog.
