Provide zoom to layer in collector app

If a web map is created for a diffrent location say suppose for a county in USA and when accessed from a device in India due to GPS it will take you to India and then manually you have to pan to the layer

One way to work around this it to create a bookmark in the web map that you are editing. You can easily zoom to the bookmark in Collector.
