AGOL - Regenerate Default Thumbnail

I would like the option to regenerate a default thumbnail in AGOL meta pages.

If the contents of the map, or service change sufficiently, it would help to be able to regenerate the thumbnail, as it does when an AGOL service or map is first created.

This can be resolved simply by putting a button in the thumbnail edit window to "regenerate thumbnail".

From my understanding, right now, anything after the initial creation of a thumbnail, must be solved with a custom image upload.
