Configure Portal URL in Collector Settings

Add a global setting to the ArcGIS Collector app for iOS (and Android too, why not) that let's an administrator configure the URL of a Portal or ArcGIS Online Organization. My users have to type or copy and paste the (long) URL each time they start their collection process. They are on shared devices which don't remember what has been typed into the field in the past.

Adding a URL as a global setting of the app would remove that extra step.
