Additional query/filter capabilities in AGS Logs

I would like to be able to apply additional filters or queries within the ArcGIS Server logs.  Sometimes we have services we might turn off or move to other locations and people with those services still in applications or arcmap continue to try and hit the old REST services and since we are unable to completely identify those users it just bogs down the log view.
