Include Field Index on Field Properties dialogue.

With a layer's attribute table or a standalone table open, the user can right-click on a field heading and select the Field Properties dialogue from the Options Menu.  As an occasional developer, it would be helpful to see the field index included with this information.  I have written a (really) short script to do this by typing the field name, but it would be quicker and more convenient to simply check the field properties.

Including the field index info on the layer/table properties' Fields Tab would be just as helpful also/instead.
