About ArcGIS Pro Pixel Editor

Question

My dataset is a DSM, the area of interest has characters of hight mountain areas with steep slopes. Can I use the Pixel Editor in ArcGIS pro to remove forrest/vegetation and buildings and create a DTM? Or is there another Tool in ArcGIS pro to create a DTM out of a DSM?

I already tried that. It works fine on small buildings and small areas within cities. So far it did not work in steep slope with forest/vegetation.
Do you have an idea if there is a possibility in arcGIS pro to "remove" forest?
