Customization of TaskBar in ArcGIS Pro

When we are claiming to make ArcGIS Pro as Complete configurable system then its better if we allow the user to customize the TaskBar through SDK in ArcGIS Pro. Even developer should have option to add customized coordinate system in taskBar.
