Create a domain in field mapping when exporting data in ArcGIS Pro

Currently in Pro's Feature Class to Feature Class geoprocessing tool, fields can be mapped but a domain (and its values) cannot be created.  It would be useful to be able to create and assign a domain to a field when mapping across.
