ArcGIS Runtime for WPF: Offset for line symbols

I'm develpoing an WPF application for road traffic events. I need to symbolize roads in flow direction.
In ArcMap it is possible to set an offset to a line symbol.

Would you please implement a line symbol offset in ArcGIS Runtime for WPF?

PS: My current solution is to edit the geometry, but this matches only for one specific zoom level. I don't want to create several layers for each zoom level.
