Model Builder for ArcGIS Online apps

I would like a drag and drop interface for developing web apps (e.g. Model Builder) for ArcGIS Online. Pick a widget, data source, or default app, drag it into a workflow window, customize the inputs, constraints, and outputs, and, then, customize the appearance for publishing more complex and functional processes.

example:
select a point source as an input, create a buffer from it, select features from a polygon data set, open the attribute table, and create a report from a simple user input menu with drag down selection boxes, input queries, etc.
