How to show multiple pins in same location

I am new to arcgis, Is there a way to display icons if more than one needs to be displayed on the same point. Thanks in advance.

Where do you want to achieve this?

In ArcGIS Desktop, you could use Disperse Markers.

In ArcGIS JavaScript API, you might like to check Point Clustering.
